TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A deposit of 60% and/or full payment ia required by the date specified on the invoice to confirm services.
• Full payment is required 21 days prior to the arrival date,unless otherwise stated.
• If proof of payment is not furnished by the due date,Total Experience Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking and will not be liable for any costs or damages arising from such action.
• If a booking is made within 21 days of the arrival date then full amount is payable immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Special cancellation terms may apply when bookings with 3rd party service providers are concerned. These terms override the cancellation policy listed below and will be listed on the face of this contract
• For Total Experience Tours operated services,cancellations made 21 days or more in advance of arrival,will incur an administration fee of no more than 10% of the value of the amount paid.If cancelled within 14-20 days 25% of the total price is forfeited,if within 7-13 days 50% of the total price is forfeited,if within 0-6 days 100% of the total price is forfeited.
